150gm flame broil chicken, 30gm lettuce, 5gm salt/pepper, 10gm cherry tomato, 10gm olive green/dark, 10gm olive oil, 5gm garlic, 5gm thyme blended, 70gm penne pasta, 50gm mixed drink sauce, bean stew sauce, mayonnaise sauce, grill sauce, tomato ketchup

1.Preheat the barbecue for high warmth. Season the two sides of chicken bosom parts with steak flavoring.2.Lightly oil the barbecue grind. Flame broil chicken 6 to 8 minutes for each side, or until juices run clear. Expel from warmth, cool, and cut into strips.

Strategy
Cut multigrain burger bunn into two pieces.
Include black beans, cheddar, and bread pieces, and make a patty shape.

Keep the cut of tomato on the bottom.
Keep the patty over the tomato.
Again spread some mayo into the patty.
Keep ice sheet lettuce and cheddar.
Keep in a stove for 12 to 15 minutes.
